Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets and spins are placed, settled and recorded across the games in our lobby. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions, our Bonus Terms and the rules shown inside each individual game.

General Rules for All Play
Your account with us is for your own personal use. One account per person, household, device and payment method is permitted, and play is for entertainment rather than any commercial purpose.
- You must be 18 or over and have passed our age and identity checks to place a bet.
- Bets are funded from the balance shown in the cashier, in the currency of your account.
- Real-money balance and bonus balance are held separately. Where both are available, play draws on them in the order set out in the cashier.
- Once a bet or spin is confirmed, it is final. We cannot cancel, amend or refund a wager because of a mistaken stake, a misread paytable or a change of mind.
- Stakes must fall within the minimum and maximum limits shown in the game you are playing.
- You are responsible for your own connection, device and software, and for keeping your login details private.
We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify the age and identity of every player. Until verification is complete, we may restrict betting, bonus play or withdrawals on an account.
Playing within your limits
You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling area of your account. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from every licensed online operator in Great Britain.
How Bets and Spins Are Settled
Every outcome is produced by the game server, not by your device. The result recorded on the server is the result that counts, whatever your screen, browser or app displays.
- A round begins when your stake is accepted and confirmed by the server.
- The outcome is generated by the game's random number generator or, at live tables, by the physical deal or spin.
- Any win is calculated from the paytable and rules in force in that game at the moment the round is played.
- The settled balance is written to your account and listed in your game history, which is the authoritative record of your play.
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and features, reachable from the help or information screen inside the game. Those rules apply in full and take precedence over any shorter description in the lobby. The theoretical return-to-player figure is published in the same help screen. It is a long-term average measured across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about the outcome of any single session.
Malfunctions and Interrupted Games
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a hardware, software, communication or human error causes a game to display, award or record an outcome that its rules and paytable do not provide for, the affected round is void and any stake taken for it is returned to the balance it came from.
Payment of a win arising from a malfunction, a misconfigured game or a display fault may be withheld and corrected. We may adjust an account to place it in the position it would have been in had the error not occurred, and we will tell you when we do so.
| What happened | How the round is treated |
|---|---|
| Your connection drops mid-round | The server completes the round. The outcome and any win are applied to your account and shown when you next sign in. |
| A feature or free spins round is left unfinished | The game is restored when you reopen it, where it supports this. If it cannot be restored, the server settles it under the game's rules. |
| The game freezes or fails to load | Close and reopen the game. Any accepted stake is either settled or returned by the server. |
If a fault is identified after play, or a game is withdrawn from the lobby, we may void the affected rounds and reverse the related transactions.
Playing With Bonus Funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are played under our Bonus Terms and the terms of the individual promotion, in addition to the rules on this page.
- Wagering requirements, the qualifying games and the rate at which each game type contributes are stated in the promotion and tracked in your account.
- A maximum stake per spin or round applies while a wagering requirement is open. Exceeding it may void the bonus and anything won from it.
- Some games are excluded from bonus play or contribute nothing towards wagering. The excluded titles are listed with the promotion.
- Buying features with bonus funds, and low-risk or equal-coverage betting patterns designed to clear a wagering requirement without genuine play, may void the bonus.
- Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired credits, and winnings still tied to them, are removed.
Where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are available, the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier. Requesting a withdrawal while a wagering requirement is open may forfeit the bonus and its winnings, as explained in our Bonus Terms.
Live Casino and Table Games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and follow the rules published in the help section of each table, together with the house rules displayed at that table.
- The dealer's actions and decisions at the table are final, subject to the game-specific rules and the query process below.
- Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting time shown on screen. Late bets are not accepted and unconfirmed chips return to your balance.
- A misdeal, a card or ball leaving the playing area, or a shuffler or wheel error is handled under the table's own rules. The round may be void and stakes returned.
- Table limits, payouts and the side bets on offer differ from table to table and are shown before you take a seat.
- If the stream is interrupted, the round still runs at the table and is settled on the server. The outcome appears in your account history.
Queries and Disputes About a Result
If you believe a round has settled incorrectly, contact us before continuing to play that game, so the record can be checked while the detail is fresh.
- Write to support@casinorichyleo.co.uk or open the live chat on the site.
- Give the game name, the date and time of the round including your time zone, the stake placed and the e-mail address on your account.
- Add the round or transaction reference from your game history, and a screenshot if you have one.
We check the server log for the round, which is the deciding record, and reply with what it shows. Queries are looked into within the timescales set out in our Complaints Policy. If our answer does not settle the matter, that policy explains how to take it further, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there at no cost to you.
We may ask you to complete identity verification before any correction, refund or adjustment is applied to your account.
