How these bonus terms apply
These bonus terms cover every promotion we make available at Richy Leo Casino, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. They sit alongside our general terms and conditions and apply to your account with us from the moment you opt in to an offer.
Each promotion also carries its own terms in the place where it is advertised: the minimum deposit, the wagering requirement, the eligible games and the time you have to use it. Where those offer terms differ from this page, the offer terms apply to that promotion.
We hold a gaming licence for the market we serve and we verify the identity of every account holder before funds are paid out. Promotions are available only to registered players aged 18 or over.
We may change or withdraw a promotion and we may update this page. The version published when you claim an offer is the version that governs it.
Who can claim a bonus
Bonuses are offered on a personal basis. Unless an offer says otherwise, one claim per person applies, and the conditions below apply to all our promotions.
- You must hold a single registered account, in your own name, with accurate and current details.
- One claim is allowed per person, household, device, IP address and payment method for each offer.
- Your account must not be excluded from promotional play, whether at your request or ours.
- Some promotions are open to new players only, some to existing players, and some are sent to selected accounts by e-mail or in your account messages.
- Where a bonus code is needed, it must be entered as shown in the cashier at the point the offer states.
- Qualifying deposits must meet the minimum stated in the offer and be made with a payment method registered to you. The cashier shows which methods do not qualify for promotions.
- We may ask you to complete identity verification before a bonus is credited or before bonus winnings are paid out.
If a bonus reaches your account in error, or you were not eligible for it, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it. We will tell you by e-mail when this happens.
Wagering requirements and how they are met
Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement: an amount of real-money play to be completed before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. The multiple that applies, and whether it is calculated on the bonus alone or on the bonus plus the qualifying deposit, is stated in the terms of each offer.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Bonus funds | Credit added under a promotion and held separately from your deposited balance. |
| Wagering requirement | The play needed before bonus funds and their winnings can be withdrawn, shown as a multiple in the offer. |
| Game contribution | The share of each stake that counts towards wagering. It varies by game category and is set out in the offer. |
| Maximum bet | The highest stake allowed on a single spin, hand or round while a wagering requirement is open. |
| Maximum conversion | A cap on how much of your bonus winnings can move to your withdrawable balance. |
How your play counts
- Only real-money stakes on eligible games count towards a wagering requirement.
- Game categories contribute at different rates. Slots commonly contribute in full, while table games, live games and video poker contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- Stakes above the maximum bet stated in the offer may not count, and may lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed.
- Where your balance holds both deposited and bonus funds, the order in which they are used is set out in the offer and in the cashier.
- Your progress is shown in your account, so you can check it before requesting a withdrawal.
Bonuses are optional
If you would rather play with your own funds only, decline the offer in the cashier or turn promotional messages off in your account settings.
Expiry, caps and withdrawing bonus funds
Every bonus has a life. The period you have to claim an offer and the period you have to complete its wagering requirement are both stated in the offer and start at the point set out there, usually when the bonus is credited.
- Unclaimed bonuses expire at the end of the stated period and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds and free spins left unused at the end of their period are removed, along with any winnings still tied to them.
- Free spins are played at the stake and on the games stated in the offer, and winnings from them are credited as bonus funds unless the offer says otherwise.
- Where an offer caps conversion, anything above the cap is removed when the wagering requirement completes.
- You may cancel a bonus by contacting us. This removes the bonus funds and their winnings and leaves your deposited balance untouched.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a wagering requirement is open forfeits the bonus and its winnings. The cashier warns you before you confirm.
Once wagering is complete, the balance becomes withdrawable in the normal way, subject to our general terms, identity verification and the payment limits shown in the cashier.
Bonus misuse and account checks
Promotions are meant for ordinary play. Where play is shaped only to draw value from a bonus rather than to play the games, we treat it as bonus misuse. Examples include:
- Opening or using more than one account, or acting with other players, to claim the same offer more than once.
- Low-risk or covering play, such as staking on both sides of an even-money outcome to clear wagering with little exposure.
- Staking above the maximum bet while a wagering requirement is open.
- Using payment details, identity details or locations that are not your own.
- Taking advantage of an obvious error in an offer, a game or the cashier.
Where we suspect misuse we may hold a withdrawal while checks are carried out, ask for further verification documents, remove the bonus and its winnings, close promotions for your account or close the account. Each case is judged on its own facts and we set out our decision by e-mail.
If you disagree with a decision about a bonus, write to support@casinorichyleo.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Your complaint is looked into under the complaints process in our general terms and we confirm the outcome in writing.
Safer gambling and keeping control
A promotion should never be a reason to play more than you planned. The tools below sit in your account and apply whether or not a bonus is running.
- Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, which you can set or lower at any time.
- Time-outs that close your account to play for a short, fixed period.
- Self-exclusion for a longer period, during which we also stop sending you promotional messages.
- Marketing preferences, so you can switch bonus offers off without closing your account.
Our games are for adults aged 18 or over. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain with a single registration.
If gambling stops being enjoyable
Set a deposit limit or take a time-out before you claim another offer, and speak to GamCare or the National Gambling Helpline if you are worried about your gambling. Our team can help you set limits; contact us at support@casinorichyleo.co.uk or through the live chat.
